1 Quart Restoration Shop Low 3.5 VOC Urethane Basecoat Color Only. No urethane reducer is included with this quart of paint color, but urethane reducer is required to be mixed with the paint color before it can be sprayed or used.

UBLV paint color has a 2 to 1 mixing ratio when it's used with along with exempt urethane reducer. The required pint of exempt urethane reducer is not included, but is available separately or in kits along with the UBLV paint color and clearcoat.
